Soamya is a Child and Adolescent Psychologist. She has done her PG in Applied Psychology and Advance Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling from National Institute of Public Cooperation & Child Development, New Delhi. She is pursuing with her PH.D in the field of Child Psychology. She has presented papers in National & International Papers and her paper has been published in Journal. Her area of research focuses on Children, Adolescent, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness.
She works closely with parents & teachers to provide the comprehensive and consistent support network. She looks at holistic mental well being of children and adolescent. She can easily connect with children of all ages as she feels by creating psychological space with unconditional love, care, acceptance and trust one can understand the child's world in much better way. She believes self esteem is child's passport to lifetime mental health and happiness. She has her own unique way of handling children and youngsters who love coming to the centre.
